I’m a multidisciplinary artist, whose work centres around direction, writing and research. 
Through my practice, I seek to explore fundamental ideas surrounding the nature of our 
existence—bridging the gap between intellectual thought processes and creative practice.

I’m currently preoccupied and moved by ideas surrounding: faith, silence, the void, 
movement/dance as a vehicle for living a more embodied life, 
sound and its uses in connecting us back to our ancestral or natal homes.

Working towards a practice rooted in slowness, deep research, meanderings, curiosity and devotion.
